Position: Warehouse Coordinator

Summary: The warehouse coordinator is responsible for coordinating one or more functions within the warehouse, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, delivery, and overall inventory control of POS materials. This position prioritizes and organizes tasks in a manner that supports all divisions of the company and its suppliers.

Receive, check-in, and ensure that product and paperwork is accurate.
- Locate product or received items warehouse location.
- Modify and maintain purchase orders in relevant system.
Responsible for physical inventory and POS materials.
- Purging of outdated/perishable materials and/or inbound shipment tracking and updates.
- Partner with warehouse leadership and/or buyers to resolve discrepancies.
- Preparation and filing of POS materials, invoices, and/or dealer loader items for delivery to accounts or sales rep pick-ups and check-ins.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
- Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, discretion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Possess a valid driver’s licence.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Accountable for meeting own targets; work is reviewed periodically.
- Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
