Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Pulmonary Care team consisting of 2 APPs and 7 staff.
Position Details- .75 FTE
- Team: 2 APPs and 7 staff
- Office
Hours:
7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
- .5 FTE to diagnose and treat patients with pulmonary disease in the outpatient clinic, perform bronchoscopies, and collaborate/supervise with 2 APPs.
- .25 FTE to provide coverage for pulmonary rehab (plan sign off), read PFTs, and serve as medical director for Respiratory Therapy.

Required:
Pulmonary - Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
- Licensure: Indiana and Ohio Medical License
- Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
