We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Pulmonary Care team consisting of 9 physicians and staff.
Position Details:
- .75 FTE
- Team: 9 physicians and staff
- Office
Hours:
7a - 4:30p Monday through Friday
Job Duties:
.5 FTE to diagnose and treat patients with pulmonary disease in the outpatient clinic, perform bronchoscopies, and APP (2) collaboration / supervision.
.25 FTE to provide coverage for pulmonary rehab (plan sign off), read PFTs, and serve as medical director for Respiratory Therapy.
