The purpose of this position is to build and strengthen lifelong faith formation in Christ among the children, youth, and families in our congregation by creatively combining leadership, worship opportunities, and dynamic engagement with families.
Responsibilities- Lead current ministry and create new ministry opportunities
- Provide a welcoming environment for building relationships
- Utilize volunteers and peer leaders
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers
- Organize and communicate effectively
- Share a Christ-centered message with the congregation on a fairly regular basis
- Teach Bible studies, Confirmation, and First Communion with the Pastor
Salary: $42,000 - $54,000
