We are currently seeking a Design Engineer to join our team. This full-time, day-shift position will collaborate with both new and existing customers to design and develop custom solutions and value‑added applications for our growing client base.

The ideal candidate will be professional, independent, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated to learn, and eager to grow within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• 2+ years related experience, preferably in packaging development and design – experience in the plastics industry strongly desired. Please note – we are willing to consider a candidate who does not have this experience, but has the appropriate educational background.
• Associate’s Degree in Design Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Esko Artios
  
  CAD, and/or Solid Works preferred.
• Superior customer service, communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team, to manage multiple projects and meet critical project milestones in support of internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
