Consumer Banker

Become a part of First Financial Bank’s growth by deepening client relationships with a focus on retail banking and cross‑sell opportunities. The role works with existing FFB clients and proactively prospects new business while collaborating with internal partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management.

• Open and maintain consumer accounts, execute teller drawer activities as required.
• Engage clients through active calling, conversations, and follow‑up calls in a timely manner.
• Partner with internal constituencies to provide expertise on service or solution related needs.
• Adhere to all operational and risk management standards, including compliance and regulatory procedures.
• Track, report, and communicate business results to the account manager and FCM partner.
• Model First Financial’s mission and values, and assist clients in transaction business via branch, drive‑thru, phone, and email.

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of experience in retail banking with success in achieving sales and service goals.
• 3‑4 years of demonstrated success with achievement of performance goals.
• Ability to serve a wide variety of client needs according to bank policy and procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proficiency using banking software and online banking platforms.

The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
