Location: Southeast, MA (Extensive Travel) |
Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday Salary: $84,364 - $88,400/Year |

Serve as the primary clinical leader for assigned community‑based programs, ensuring the highest standards of care through hands‑on supervision, training, and direct intervention.

• Travel extensively to BAMSI residential homes and day habilitation programs to provide clinical supervision, crisis response, and staff training.
• Lead Home‑Based Action Team meetings and oversee the development of individualized, strengths‑based treatment plans.
• Act as the vital liaison between programs, families, state agencies (e.g., DDS, DMH), and community resources to ensure coordinated, wrap‑around care.
• Provide expert guidance to staff during crises and traumatic incidents, ensuring safety and promoting resilience.

• Licensure: Current, independent Massachusetts clinical license (
  LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent
  ).
• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience: Significant experience working clinically with individuals with complex behavioral and emotional needs. Supervisory or leadership experience is essential.
• Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and the ability to mentor and train staff. Must be a collaborative leader and an effective communicator.
• Practical Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively throughout southeastern MA.
