As a Purchasing & Parts Attendant, you will work closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and accounting teams to manage inventory levels, coordinate purchasing activities, and support day-to-day plant operations through effective parts management and supplier relationships.

** What You Will Do as a Purchasing & Parts Attendant:
*** Purchase, track, and maintain inventory of maintenance parts, consumables, and plant supplies.
* Create and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
* Receive, inspect, store, and issue parts and materials to support maintenance and production operations.
* Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and inventory management systems.
* Coordinate with vendors, manage deliveries, and support vendor-managed inventory programs.
* Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs to prevent equipment downtime.
* Review equipment documentation and part specifications to source replacement components.
* Perform administrative and inventory-related activities using Microsoft Office and purchasing systems.
* Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, accounting, and operations teams to support plant needs.

* What You Bring:

*** High School Diploma or GED required.
* 3+  years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or manufacturing.
* Experience working with purchase orders, inventory systems, and vendor coordination.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience using ERP, inventory management, or purchasing systems.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify maintenance parts and components.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
