• Lead the Program:
  Create and implement the strategy, structure, and documentation for a sustainable CI program.
• Inspire and Mentor Teams:
  Engage cross‑functional groups, coach leaders and employees, and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
• Deliver Results:
  Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and improve productivity.
• Measure What Matters:
  Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Champion Change:
  Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and long‑term success of new processes.
• Drive Projects:
  Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver results on high‑impact projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Operations).
• 4 to 6 years of proven success leading process improvement initiatives.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing projects.
• Excellent communication and influence skills to engage at all levels.
• Ability to travel periodically to Los Angeles, CA and Mesquite, TX.
