Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for a Processing Assistant:
Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards and CIP systems.

• MAKE MIX/BATCHING FOR UHT AND ASEPTIC SYSTEMS.
• SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN UHT AND ASEPTIC PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
• SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN ASSOCIATED RAW AND PASTEURIZED EQUIPMENT (TANKS, LINES, BATCH SYSTEMS, etc.).
• PERFORM ASSIGNED PM's, REBUILD VALVES, PUMPS AND HOMOGENIZER, ETC.
• OPERATE AND CIP SEPARATOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
• LIFT 50 TO 100 LBS. ON A REPETITIVE BASIS.
• WORK IN HOT, HUMID CONDITIONS.
• COMPLETE AND MAINTAIN ALL ASSOCIATED RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.
• ADHERE TO ALL GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES. DUTIES AS ASSIGN.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or general work experience preferred
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
• Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
• Able to effectively work in a team environment
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
