A leading provider of industrial metal products has an immediate need for Warehouse Associates in Richmond, IN! 1st Shift!

If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to join a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a contract-to-hire position with a 90-day evaluation period. The pay rate is $18.71 - $19.69 (depending on experience). The schedule is 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Overtime is available as production demands.

This role supports efficient warehouse operations through various tasks essential to production and shipping.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pulling and staging raw materials for production
  • Performing finishing tasks on finished goods to meet quality standards
  • Packaging materials according to customer specifications
  • Preparing materials for outbound shipment
  • Maintaining high productivity throughout all tasks
  • Confirming work orders using computer systems
  • Operating equipment such as overhead cranes (experience preferred but not mandatory) and forklifts/side loaders
  • Handling materials and supplies as required
  • Supporting machine operators and assisting with other assigned duties

    Candidate requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
    • Basic math and reading skills
    • Comfortable using computers for data entry and work order confirmation
    • Ability to pass a physical exam including vision, hearing, and mobility tests
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
