Duncan Media is a Richmond, Indiana‑based family‑owned network of five small market radio stations covering east central Indiana and western Ohio. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our Richmond, IN office.

• Reach decision makers, set meetings, analyze client needs, and craft compelling radio and digital advertising presentations that address client objectives.
• Prospect, discover client needs, create marketing plans, present, and close sales.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local market, marketing concepts, and the local media landscape.
• Act as a liaison between the production department and projects.
• Assist with the execution of promotions and events.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.

• Previous broadcast, print, or digital media advertising experience or education is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
