• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's degree).
• Current and active RN license in Indiana or a compact state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be preferred or required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
