• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• Hours per Week: 40 (36 guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,959 - $2,177

• Active Indiana RN license required
• At least 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse
• Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB clinical documentation systems
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Richmond, Indiana and nearby areas
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and preventive health practices
• Travel locally to patient residences within the Richmond, IN region
