Our Sales Associates utilize their passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets the needs of customers in the ever‑changing world of wireless.
We support them through the TCC Gives program, providing 16 paid volunteer hours per year, grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). We foster a culture that celebrates equity, diversity, and inclusion and inspires Sales Associates to exceed performance goals.
- Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

- Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value to all customers.
- Conduct calls to customers seeking more information about products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and stay connected through company resources.
- Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Be ambitious, self‑driven individuals motivated by retail sales milestone goals.
- Balance customer experience with performance goals.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants and more, maintaining a positive attitude and equal participation.
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; ability to work at multiple locations.
- Requires frequent standing and ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time; ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% as needed.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
