Position SummaryHyperion Solutions is seeking a self‑motivated, tenacious, and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our EECO business. This role focuses on converting open quotes into booked business, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
The Inside Sales Representative partners closely with Customer Care and Technical Application Specialist teams to ensure consistent follow‑up, high‑quality customer engagement, and accurate sales pipeline management within our CRM system. Performance is measured through key performance indicators (KPIs), including bookings, customer contacts, and quote conversion.
What You’ll Do- Actively follow up on open quotes to drive conversions and secure contracted jobs.
- Engage customers through phone and electronic communications to nurture leads, close sales, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Technical Application Specialists, and Field Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline within the CRM system.
- Track and manage daily sales activities to consistently meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships by providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates, pipeline reviews, and performance reports to management.
- Ensure all open and closed quotes are properly documented, organized, and tracked.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales growth and operational effectiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not required.
- Minimum of two years of inside sales experience.
- Experience using CRM systems;
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prompt and regular attendance required.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
