Johns Manville in Richmond, IN is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment. The role offers a base hourly rate of $32.03 and includes shift premiums, overtime, and a bonus incentive plan. Work hours are 5am–5pm or 5pm–5am with a 3-2-2 schedule enabling 3–4 days off per week.
Applicants should have a high school diploma, journeyman card, and experience with conveyors, drives, motors, and pumps. Strong reading, math, and measurement skills are required.
