At Richmond Beverage Solutions, a division of Dairy Farmers of America, we’re proud to nourish families across the country with fresh, high-quality dairy products. We’re currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of DFA on the road, ensuring timely, professional delivery of our products while upholding the highest standards of service and safety.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate a tractor‑trailer to deliver products and assets to our off‑site warehouse location.
  • Follow assigned schedule to ensure on‑time and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors, dispatch, and customers throughout your route.
  • Report any delays, breakdowns, or road issues promptly to management.
  • Perform pre‑and post‑trip inspections
    , monitor vehicle condition, and ensure routine maintenance (tires, fuel, oil, cleanliness).
  • Accurately complete daily logs, trip records, and delivery documentation in compliance with DOT and DFA policies.
  • Attend required driver workshops and training sessions.
  • Use company‑supported systems and applications appropriately.
  • Represent DFA with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A CDL (doubles endorsement may be required for some routes).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating a tractor‑trailer, straight truck, or doubles trailer preferred.
  • Clean driving record that meets DFA's Motor Vehicle Record standards.
  • Full compliance with DOT regulations and requirements.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle dairy products safely and efficientl.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency and math skills for load tracking.
  • Ability to work independently, follow directions, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
