Job Summary/Basic Functions

This position is responsible for providing high level professional customer service at specific points of contact for students, faculty, staff, and community members while they are using EKU Libraries.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: GED or high school diploma is required.

Experience: One year of clerical, administrative support, customer service or other library-related experience is required.

Job Duties:

• 70% - Provides excellent professional customer service to students, faculty, staff and visitors of EKU Libraries - (Essential)
• 25% - Responsible for providing office management and/or department support to assigned area(s) or library.
