• Process Improvements & Troubleshooting
• Developing Process Specifications
• Generate and justify capital expenditure projects
• Create and maintain Direct Labor Cost Standards
• Investigate & reduce cost variances
• Champion cost reductions and other projects as required
• Maintain and improve plant performance through significant shop floor presence
• Direct interaction with and training of machine operators and other management disciplines
• Give presentations providing guidance to Executive Management

• BS in Engineering (ME or Manufacturing Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mastery of Excel
• Auto Cad / Solid Works proficiency
• Presentation skills
