We are looking to hire licensed professional clinical counselors, licensed clinical social workers, or licensed marriage and family therapists with an LCADC certification who are passionate about treating patients with mental health and SUD. Our outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs are tailored to the distinctive needs of individual adults, incorporating mostly 1:1 sessions and the opportunity to facilitate group therapy.

• LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW independent license required
• LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification required
• Licensed independently as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least 1 year
• Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence‑based interventions to individual adults struggling with SUD
• Availability to provide a minimum of 9 hours weekly; open Monday‑Sunday with no weekend requirements
• Must welcome treating an unlimited range of backgrounds and be committed to delivering culturally responsive care
• Tech‑savvy and enthusiastic about integrating digital solutions into clinical practice

• Provide structured, effective, and developmentally appropriate therapy for individuals in our mental health and substance use disorder programs.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical leadership to address the unique needs of clients. Case consultation meetings are not mandatory, but we offer them for your clinical support.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user‑friendly Salesforce EHR.
• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow therapists as part of our growing therapist community.
