Saint Joe’s is growing — and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Community Home team. If you’re seeking meaningful work with purpose, growth, and daily impact, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll DoAs a DSP, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing direct personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with hygiene, meals, and medication administration
- Implementing individualized care and behavior support plans
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive home environment
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
- Current auto insurance
