We are hiring an Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster to handle property claims from storm‑related events and support individuals and businesses in their recovery.

• Investigate and assess property damage claims, gathering evidence, interviewing parties, and reviewing relevant documents.
• Determine claim amounts, recommend payment levels, and negotiate settlements in accordance with policy limits and coverage.
• Draft clear, accurate claim reports and communicate findings to clients and insurers.
• Coordinate with contractors, restoration specialists, and other professionals to evaluate repair costs.
• Maintain complete and organized case files and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Licensed claims adjuster with state license in Kentucky (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 100 completed claims or comparable claim experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
