We operate multiple manufacturing facilities in Richmond, KY, Stanton KY, Winchester, VA and our newest location in Henderson, NV, that allow us to deliver a high‑quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.

Role

Summary

We are hiring for Seasonal Production Technician roles at our high‑volume, fast‑paced manufacturing plant, in Richmond KY. Your responsibilities may include assembling a high volume of custom frames, quality control or packaging items for shipping. Based on your skills and interest, we will train you in one of those roles during a two week training program that will enable you to do your job well.

This is a unique opportunity for both seasoned manufacturing professionals and those new to the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Document customer framing preferences that are special to each order and how the customer envisions their final product look
  • Accurately input measurements, ensuring compatibility of art and the customer’s selections of frames and mount boards
  • Support mat orders as needed and cross‑train to support framing and mounting processes
  • Escalate any questions or concerns regarding customer artwork or orders with customer experience team and leadership
  • Prepare and mount art pieces according to customer specifications to help make customers’ visions come to life
  • Meticulously assemble fine artwork pieces, adhering to stringent quality standards and precise measurements
  • Review work orders, utilize specific mount types, and execute precise mounting procedures
  • Use hand tools and computer systems for documentation and application
  • Handle delicate components and perform quality assurance on each art piece
  • Trimming surrounding materials to protect customer artwork using appropriate tools and methods
  • Leverage visual‑spatial skills for aesthetically pleasing presentation of final products
  • Meet production and quality goals to support Framebridge’s overall business needs
Qualifications
  • Must have strong hand and eye coordination
  • Ability and desire to consistently produce high‑quality work
  • Must be able to utilize a tape measure
  • Enjoy working with your hands; understand how products are designed and fit together
  • Willingness to learn
  • Team player and go‑getter with a positive attitude
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. and work on your feet all day
Physical Qualifications
  • Standing/walking 8+ hours a day
  • Lifting 10–30 pounds
  • PPE = safety glasses
Skills To Have Or Learn At Framebridge
  • Deep understanding of mount types and techniques for achieving them
  • Familiarity with materials and art mediums
  • Ability to identify the safest and most suitable mounting methods for each art piece
