The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role critical to our team's success. This position requires providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, achieving and exceeding customer needs, and promoting automotive services to drive sales. You will build strong customer relationships, manage transaction procedures with precision, and help establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments.
Pay Range: $13.95 – $20.88
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to all customers, both on the phone and in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Strong communication skills for sales and customer complaints.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles.
