This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Associate located in Richmond, KY. The Sales Associate will actively develop relationships with potential and current clients, identify sales opportunities, and deliver tailored marketing solutions that align with client objectives. Responsibilities include managing accounts, creating and pitching sales proposals, achieving revenue targets, and staying up to date with market trends to ensure the delivery of innovative advertising strategies.

• Marketing and business development skills to create client-focused advertising campaigns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and market trends
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
