Job Summary / Basic FunctionsThe Assistant Women’s Golf Coach will assist the head coach in the administration of a Division I intercollegiate women’s golf program in adherence with all university, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations to include but not limited to: coaching; recruiting; monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes; interactions with parents, boosters, and other constituents; marketing; involvement with camps/clinics; and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: One year of experience required. Collegiate playing experience preferred.

- 50% – Recruiting and Development of Student Athletes. – (Essential)
- 25% – Instruction and Coaching of Student Athletes – (Essential)
- 10% – Academics/Compliance/Business office internal paperwork. – (Essential)
- 10% – Camps and Clinics on campus. – (Marginal)
- 5% – Other duties as assigned by Head Women’s Golf Coach, sports admin, and athletic director. – (Marginal)
