Recreation Aid; Physical Fitness NF

This position is located at Morale Welfare Recreation Fund
- Physical Fitness Facilities, Blue Grass, Kentucky.

• Incentives will not be paid.

• Works as a Recreation Aid (Physical Fitness), in the Blue Grass Army Depot Fitness Center. Issues and ensures correct, proper, and safe use of all fitness equipment
• Cleans and performs minor maintenance on equipment.
• Works various sport and fitness programs and tournaments
• Reports any problems to the immediate supervisor or the manager on duty as soon as possible.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Appointment is subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3.
• Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
• Must meet physical requirements of position such as walking on hard surfaces with some bending, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of items or carts up to and occasionally over 45 pounds.
