McDonald's is hiring a Shift Manager for an independently owned franchise restaurant. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; help departments meet their goals.
• Assist in meeting shift targets and departmental objectives.
• Outstanding duties include Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
