About the Job
The Shift Manager Trainee will lead shifts on a weekly basis, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service, and maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness. Managers also plan each shift, monitor performance, address safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.

- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
