D&E Landscaping and Grading, Inc. is hiring part-time Snow Plow Drivers to join our Field Operations team for the winter season. This critical on‑call position ensures safe, clear roadways, parking lots, and walkways during and after snowstorms. We're looking for reliable, safety‑minded drivers with flexible availability and strong experience operating snow removal equipment.
This role is ideal for professionals with plowing experience, especially those familiar with F‑550 dump trucks, and comfortable working in variable weather conditions around the clock.

Our winter snow removal team plays an essential role in delivering safe conditions for our customers throughout the region. Operate snow plow trucks (including newer F‑550 dump trucks) to clear snow from parking lots, driveways, and roads.
Apply salt and de‑icing materials to paved surfaces and walkways.
Shovel snow and ice manually from walkways, entrances, and tight spaces as needed.
Follow assigned routes and schedules with strict adherence to safety standards.
Remain on‑call and ready to respond to snow events 24/7 during snow season (Sunday–Sunday).
Conduct routine inspections of trucks and equipment before and after each shift.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle and work area.
Communicate with dispatch regarding weather conditions, job completion, and site issues.
QualificationsMinimum 3 years of snow plow driving experience required.
Must hold a valid chauffeur’s license and a current DOT medical card.
Familiarity with F‑550 dump trucks and snow equipment.
Ability to work variable hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays, based on weather conditions.
Physical ability to shovel snow and spread salt manually as needed.
Punctual, dependable, and safety‑conscious.
ScheduleOn‑Call, Part‑Time Position
Available 24/7 during snow events (includes weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays).
Hours vary based on snowfall and route assignments.
Work LocationOnsite – Field‑based throughout D&E service areas (macomb county).
Report to dispatch hub at the beginning and end of each shift.
