We are hiring for two key roles on our Care Team:

To be considered, candidates must have:

• ✔ Active CNA or NA Certification (in good standing)
• ✔ Medication Training Certification
• ✔ Minimum 1 year experience working with seniors
• ✔ At least 18 years of age
• ✔ Clear criminal background screening??

• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience with electronic documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

As a Medication Assistant / Care Staff member, you’ll play a key role in supporting residents’ health, safety, and daily living needs:

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications following state guidelines
• Support daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, positioning, and incontinence care
• Keep resident areas tidy: bed-making, light housekeeping, and organization
• Communicate daily with the Resident Services team to maintain continuity of care
• Participate in resident engagement activities (and lead them when needed)
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth
• Uphold safety standards throughout the community
