. At Henkel, you’ll be part of an organization shaping the future through innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – empowering people to transform industries with adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
  • Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify and discard re-manufacture faulty products.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
What Makes You a Good Fit
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years manufacturing experience and forklift operator experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting mixing equipment and related machinery.
  • Detail-oriented for accurate measurement and adherence to specifications.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with production and quality control teams.
  • Ability to identify and address issues promptly.

Salary

The salary for this role is $24.66
. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
