Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Allegro Richmond Heights is seeking a compassionate, resident-centered Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical leadership team. If you’re an LPN with strong clinical judgment, a heart for seniors, and a desire to grow in a supportive, people‑first environment, this is the role where you can truly shine.

The Wellness Nurse plays a vital role in the overall health and happiness of our residents. Daily responsibilities include:

• Supervising, coaching, and supporting care staff
• Monitoring resident conditions and responding to care needs
• Administering medications and treatments per orders and policy
• Communicating effectively with families, physicians, and internal teams
• Ensuring strong documentation and regulatory compliance
• Providing first aid and responding to emergencies when needed
• Supporting both Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods
• Helping maintain a warm, resident‑centered environment

You’re not just providing care — you’re creating a place where seniors feel safe, valued, and loved.

To thrive in this role, you must have:

• ✔
  Active LPN license (in good standing)
• ✔
  CPR/AED certification
• ✔
  At least 1 year of LPN experience in a senior care setting
• ✔ At least 18 years of age
• ✔ Clear criminal background screening
• ✔ Ability to follow Drug‑Free Workplace policies

• Experience with electronic documentation systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A passion for senior living and relationship‑based care
