We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our team and provide a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers. The Shift Manager ensures quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability during each shift.

Franchise Information: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. If you are hired, the franchisee will be your employer. Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast and friendly experience for customers. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Planning for each shift and monitoring performance during the shift.
• Ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards and achieving shift targets.
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition.
• Assisting departments in meeting their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
