JOB OVERVIEW
As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed. Occasionally you may work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.
SALARYAND SCHEDULE DETAILS
- Your starting pay will be $14.00 to $16.00 depending on your skills and experience.
- Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
- This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are between 6–10 hours per week
. - Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position has three major components:
This is a physically demanding position that requires high energy and urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You will kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Proficiency with a digital handheld device for opening and reading documents.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores on schedule.
