• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the store and yard
• Perform work requiring balance, coordination, and hands‑free mobility
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials of varying weight depending on role (up to designated limits)
• Work in a fast‑paced retail environment with changing priorities
• Assist customers in a professional, courteous, and solution‑oriented manner
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Safely operate tools, equipment, or vehicles as required (training provided where applicable)
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and operational standards
• These functions are considered essential and cannot be removed or permanently modified.

Yard & Operations Associates support material movement, receiving, deliveries, and yard organization. This is a physically demanding role critical to store safety and efficiency.

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming freight and deliveries
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (certification/training provided)
• Load materials for customers and delivery trucks
  
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse area
• Assist with inventory management and material staging
• Support inside store operations when needed
• Follow all safety protocols and equipment guidelines

• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work outdoors
• Ability to safely operate equipment or willingness to be trained
• Valid Driver's License with proper certifications
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Flexible availability
