Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. As an integral part of our practice, you will support our endodontic specialists in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a seamless workflow. Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during endodontic procedures, including root canals, apicoectomies, and other specialized treatments.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Capture and develop dental X-rays in compliance with safety standards.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and address their concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documenting treatment plans.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage billing tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficiency and an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred.
• Experience in an endodontic or general dental practice is a plus.
• Proficiency in dental radiography with valid X-ray certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is an advantage.
