Overview
Ultrasonographer - Full Time - Nights at Oak Bend Medical Center.
Responsibilities- Under the general supervision of the Imaging Center Manager, the Ultrasonographer is responsible for the provision of radiological services to patients according to physicians' orders. Provides for patient safety and high quality testing.
- MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited ultrasound school. - MINIMUM
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year excluding clinical training in OB/GYN and abdominal ultrasound preferred. Vascular experience a plus. - REQUIRED
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registered or registry eligible within 90 days of hire or Certified ARDMS. American Heart Association BLS required. - DRIVER'S LICENSE:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary as driving between campuses is required. - REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of anatomy, machine operation and quality patient care. Ability to generate quality images in a timely manner.
