Illuminate is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will work closely with families, implement behavior support plans, and track progress to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
We offer flexible evening and weekend sessions, competitive hourly pay of $20–$25 (DOE), and voluntary benefits for part-time staff, plus generous PTO and holidays.
