Lead Customer Trust Analyst, Premier

• Serve as the primary contact for Premier customers regarding security and compliance inquiries
• Support customers through their audit processes, including understanding controls and preparing responses
• Lead customer meetings to discuss security posture and audit findings
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
• Review and approve security questionnaire responses and audit evidence to ensure quality

• 5+ years in a consulting, advisory, or customer-facing role related to IT audit, GRC, risk management, or information security
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and audit processes
• Experience supporting customer audits or security assessments, including evidence preparation
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex security topics to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage expectations with enterprise customers

• Experience from Big 4 firms, consulting firms, financial services, or similar environments
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ITIL
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across functions
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements
