Lead Customer Trust Analyst, Premier

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Premier customers regarding security and compliance inquiries
• Support customers through their audit processes, including preparing responses and gathering evidence
• Lead customer meetings and calls to discuss security posture and compliance status
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, collaborating with internal teams
• Track customer requests and program metrics, providing updates to leadership

• 5+ years in a consulting, advisory, or customer-facing role related to IT audit, GRC, risk management, or information security
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and audit processes
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage expectations with enterprise customers
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex security topics to diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel occasionally (a few weeks per year)

• Experience from Big 4 firms, consulting firms, or financial services environments
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITIL) are a plus but not required
