Put your education into action in the field to support and participate in assigned project work. Support the plant operations in achieving production goals while partnering with experienced managers, engineers, sales representatives, quality control personnel, and production employees. Spend time with various departments, including Operations, Sales, Quality Control, Maintenance, Logistics, and Administration, to gain a broad understanding of the stabilized sand business.

Complete technical and operational projects to gain an understanding of plant processes and business functions. Learn the mission of the production, maintenance, quality, sales, and administrative departments, as well as the responsibilities of different roles throughout the operation. Assist with collecting and analyzing operational and production data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

• Current juniors and seniors working toward a degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Commitment and engagement through a high level of work ethic and utilization of abilities for the best of the company.
• Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Interest in construction materials manufacturing, aggregate operations, and business operations.

Combination of office and field work. Exposure to various weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment in a plant environment. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform manual labor tasks as needed.
