Associate Pastor

The Grove Church in Richmond, Texas, is seeking an Associate Pastor to support the Lead Pastor in Mission/Mobilization, Discipleship, and Pastoral Care, ensuring alignment with the church’s core values of the Apostle’s Teaching, The Fellowship, The Breaking of Bread, The Prayers, and Missional Living.

Responsibilities include overseeing the Mobilization Team, developing discipleship programs, leading pastoral care efforts, preaching regularly, and nurturing leaders. The ideal candidate embodies elder-like characteristics, demonstrates self-leadership, emphasizes organizational accountability, and aligns with the church’s vision, theology, and mission to make an impact in the community and beyond.
