Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Richmond is a modern, patient-focused ambulatory surgery center featuring 4 Operating Rooms and 1 Treatment Room
. Our advanced technology supports a wide range of outpatient procedures across multiple specialties, including GI, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Podiatry

• Provide leadership and supervision to all clinical staff, including RNs, surgical technologists, and support staff.
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies (CMS, AAAHC, OSHA, etc.).
• Oversee clinical scheduling, staffing, and resource management to support efficient patient flow and daily operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative leadership to support clinical excellence and center growth.
• Manage infection control, quality assurance, and risk management programs.
• Support ongoing training, competency, and professional development for clinical staff.
• Participate in budget planning, cost management, and operational decision-making while maintaining high standards of care.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
• Minimum 3–5 years of perioperative or ASC clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards for ambulatory surgery centers.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative team relationships.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.

• Current RN license in the state of Texas required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical management experience in an ASC or hospital operating room setting.
• Experience in quality assurance, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
