Look, the host gets 'em in the door, but you? You’re the one who keeps 'em there. An Experience Facilitator (server) in this house isn't just a plate-carrier. You’re a conductor. You’re the person who makes sure the evening moves like a fancy watch, smooth and steady.
We aren't looking for someone to just read a specials board. We can hand guests an iPad to do that. We need someone who knows how to treat a table like it’s the only one in the world.
The OperationYou’re the primary point of contact. You need to know the menu like the back of your hand—if a guest asks about “The Arsonist”, you don't go checking with the kitchen. You know the answer because you're a professional. You anticipate the need before the guest even feels it. A half-empty glass? It’s filled before they look for you. A dropped napkin?
Replaced before it hits the floor.
- The Presence: You move through the dining room with purpose. No rushing, no hovering. Just a steady, calm energy that tells the guests they’re in good hands.
- The Knowledge: You know the beer & wine, you know the menu, and you know how they pair. You aren't selling food; you’re curating an experience.
- The Discretion: You hear a lot at a table. You see a lot. You keep your eyes open and your mouth closed. What happens at the table stays at the table.
- The Hustle: When the rush hits, you don't fold. You find that extra gear and you keep the standards high. Good enough doesn't live here.
This is a high-stakes room. The tips are right because the service is right. You bring us your A-game every single shift, and we’ll make sure you’re well-fed and well-respected. We treat this place like a sanctuary, and we expect you to guard that reputation.
Think you can handle the front of the house for us? Fill out the application below. If you’re in the area, it couldn’t hurt to drop your resume off in person (just sayin’). Once you've submitted this, send an email to with the subject: I Know How to Handle Business .
In that email, give us two things:
- An example of a time you had to think quick on your feet to handle an escalated situation.
- Why you feel you deserve to be at Gino’s instead of working for one of the other guys .
