We are currently seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who demonstrates a resolute aspiration for leadership. The role will encompass selling and cultivating a strong clientele base. Initially, you will master our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, including relationship‑building, cold calling, and client engagement. As you master the framework, opportunities will arise to train and mentor incoming team members.
PayRange
Base pay: $95,000.00/yr – $/yr. Additional compensation includes weekly draw pay, commissions (no caps), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.

- Committed to dedicating 40‑45 hours weekly to this role
- Demonstrated history of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers
- Thrives on the challenges of sales and is fully engaged in the field
- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course and state licensing fee reimbursement available)
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (alternatively, candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days)
