Description:
The position maintains the cleanliness of the construction site and completes minor punch‑out tasks under the supervision of the construction management team. The role involves yard duties (watering grass and pulling weeds) and completing punch‑out tasks for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and other similar tasks as assigned.

- Minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
