Seeking a client-facing Client Services Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for bookkeeping clients. This role functions as a customer service partner to the bookkeeping team while owning all client calls, meetings, and communication, while not performing the actual bookkeeping work
. The ideal candidate has a solid accounting or bookkeeping background and excels at communicating financial concepts clearly and confidently.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned bookkeeping clients
• Lead all client calls and meetings, answering questions related to bookkeeping activity and financial processes
• Translate bookkeeping and accounting information into clear, client‑friendly explanations
• Collaborate closely with internal bookkeeping staff to stay aligned on client accounts and updates
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive client experience

• Required:
  
  Background in bookkeeping, accounting, billing, or a related financial role
• Strong client-facing or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable leading conversations and managing client expectations
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple client relationships
• Professional, dependable, and service‑minded
