Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with month-end close. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and looking to grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash activity
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Support audits by preparing documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting or relevant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
